Comfortable updated ADA unit. Roll in shower with bench Double shower head, poor lighting in near shower. Ample ada bars in shower and toilet area Unit has roll under sink Bar refrigerator and small microwave Unit has fenced in patio Ample disabled parking near the ADA units Small round table with ok armless chairs Bed is on the high side can not transfer from chair/rollator bring a sturdy stool or get creative. Unit has obstructed view of Morro Rock. Lots of shops and Morro Rock within walking distance.
Rooms are large and updated! No smelly carpets! (They look just like the photos). Fridge and microwave! Beds on the soft side (I slept great)
First time stay but will be back! Staff was friendly. I recommend the king size with fireplace and balcony. Room was super clean. Water pressure was great. Super close to the harbor, restaurants, and fun things to do! Reasonable price.

Nice, clean hotel with generously sized rooms. Some rooms are shower only, & it took a bit for the water to heat up, Great water pressure. Comfortable bed. Fridge & microwave. Table & chairs. Ask for an upstairs room opposite the building where check in is located for the best views, upstairs rooms have balconies. Super friendly check in. Great location, walk to many downtown restaurants to & shops, and the Embarcadero. Great rate, may rebook here in the summer. Has a customer laundry facility & and a dog wash. Very nice casual motel. Great location. Very clean. Staff is friendly & accommodating. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony & partial ocean view. You can walk to restaurants & shops in the area and about (.7 miles) to the water area. Lots of parking. Budget & pet friendly. Coffee in the room but no continental breakfast. Highly recommend when visiting Morro Bay. Photo from the downtown area.
This was the best deal in the area when we first were looking into where to stay. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location can be a little noisy only because it’s on the corner of two main streets. This location places you in the heart of many things to do, and is completely walkable. There’s plenty to do here. During Fall time, there were hardly any crowds. Great coffee shops with yummy food are nearby, as well as restaurants, bottle shops, sweet shops, and a DIY car wash. The room is very basic, but it’s clean, and no odd odors. We didn’t mind the basics because we were always out. The bed was comfortable as was the temperature. You can get extra towels if you go to the front desk office. I would definitely stay here again.
Really exceeded my expectations! The rooms were really nice and felt more luxurious than what you'd expect in a motel/inn. I also appreciated that our room could still see the harbor. Check in/out was very easy and convenient. The location was great too. Just a few blocks from the harbor and many restaurants and cafés within walking distance.
